Commissioned by a bachelor art collector, this residence was the epitome of a start-from-scratch interior design and decoration project. Previous owner had not touched a thing, from the inexpensive light fixtures to the chicken wire radiator covers. TUG employed master mill workers to create a solid walnut home office and built-in storage units at the dining and entertainment areas. Both increased the utility of the space by allowing the home office to enjoy the unique views, and provided a level of luxury and comfort befitting our client. Small details, such as the ‘Calvary’ wallpaper in the Master Bedroom and the choice of colors to both adjust the visual experience of some unusual architectural elements, such as shortening a thirty foot hall, but most importantly to compliment the owners prized collections.
