The Hudson River served as a powerful backdrop for the interior design and decoration of this three bedroom home located in one of the iconic Richard Meier Towers along the west-side highway. The couple, who had a newborn baby at the time the project was commissioned, desired a home that was modular and changeable in arrangement and all in white. Understanding the challenges of children and all white environments, TUG chose durable and washable materials that have exquisitely disproved what some might have thought to be, ‘a very bad idea’. The ambiance of the room shifts and changes almost by the minute, assisted by both the carefully selected and arranged furnishing and the powerful exterior environment in which they were situated.
